Once again, ReviewTrackers is a winner of Built In’s Best Places to Work award. For 2021, ReviewTrackers won in the categories of Best Small Companies to Work for and Best Benefits in Chicago.
According to Built In, the winners are decided based on an algorithm, which factors in company data on “compensation, benefits, and companywide programming.” Additional changes in work culture also meant that Built In weighed other criteria such as a company’s remote and flexible work options and and people-first programs that allow for a more diverse and inclusive workplace.
ReviewTrackers earned the award over the last year by continuing to improve its remote work policy, contributing to HSA benefits, and finding new ways to provide training sessions on diversity, equity, and inclusion. These benefits are all part of our continued commitment to improve our team’s well-being and allow conversations that foster positive change.
