ReviewTrackers is proud to announce its recent win as one of the Best Places to Work in 2021 from Built In. Specifically, ReviewTrackers won in the category of Best Small Companies to Work for in Chicago.
According to Built In, the winners are decided based on an algorithm, which factors in company data on “compensation, benefits, and cultural programs.” Due to major events in 2020, criteria such as opportunities for remote work and programs on diversity, equity, and inclusion, held additional weight in the decision process.
ReviewTrackers excelled in those special criteria over the last year with a generous remote work policy, mandatory training sessions on diversity, equity, and inclusion; and recognizing Juneteenth as a work holiday. These changes are all part of our continued commitment and conversations to foster change while also improving the well-being of our team.
